📄 1. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Sbaje platform and all its services. "Sbaje", "we", and "us" refer to the entity operating the sbaje.onl website. "User" and "you" refer to anyone who uses the Sbaje platform.

All users are required to comply with Sbaje's Terms & Conditions. These terms are written in English and are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

• Sbaje is for adults (18+) only.
• By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are participating in betting activities voluntarily and at your own risk.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Sbaje decides otherwise under exceptional circumstances.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum limits may vary depending on the market and event.
• Odds Changes: Odds change rapidly in live betting. Your bet is confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event will be excluded and the remaining selections will be settled accordingly.
• Incorrect Odds: Sbaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Suspected Manipulation: If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, Sbaje may suspend the relevant bet and reach a decision following an investigation.

• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum balance of ৳500 is required to make a withdrawal.

• Withdrawal Time: Processing is typically completed within 15–30 minutes. In more complex cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Same Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

• Third-Party Payments: Deposits from another person's account or withdrawals to another person's account are not permitted.

• Using Sbaje to process money from illegal sources or for money laundering.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Copying or distributing any platform content without permission.

🔒 7. Account Suspension & Closure

Sbaje may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances. These Terms & Conditions apply equally to all users.

• User Request: If you request to close your account yourself.
